YOUR ROLE

As an International Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales force by sharing comprehensive product knowledge in a dynamic, multicultural setting. Here is how you will impact our journey:

1. Collaborating closely with the Sales team to drive evaluations, becoming a central consultant and advocate for our products in diverse customer interactions.
2. Crafting captivating product demonstrations, responding adeptly to Request for Proposal (RFP) queries, and architecting Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase our solutions‘ adaptability to specific needs.
3. Comprehending the needs of customers and prospects, transforming them into specific IT requirements and engaging in constructive dialogues to present solutions leveraging NeoXam’s product suite.
4. Facilitating a seamless transition of new projects to the implementation teams post-deal closure, ensuring continuity and efficiency in execution.
5. Contributing actively to enhancing our marketing and pre-sales activities while leveraging your field expertise to guide our Product and R&D teams toward continuous improvement.
6. Representing our products at industry events and actively engaging in lead generation.

YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking performance-driven individuals with:

1. Good technical background with a track record in implementing financial software and a good technological acumen;
2. An Engineering Degree or B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or a related field;
3. 5+ years of experience in sales support or product implementation within a software vendor environment;
4. Fluency in German and English (C1 Level at least in both writing and speaking), with additional language proficiency being highly advantageous, especially French;
5. Very good communication skills, coupled with a proactive, curious mindset, and a keenness for continuous learning.
