Neptun Werft, known for building over 70 river cruise ships, ferries, and gas tankers, brings deep maritime industry expertise into the joint venture. Smulders, a leader in designing, manufacturing, and assembling complex steel structures, complements our capabilities with innovative technical solutions. Together, we develop tailor-made offshore platforms that meet high standards of efficiency, sustainability, and robustness.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and drafting of contracts during tender procedures and negotiations, in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders for offshore grid connections.
- Management and documentation of contract-compliant projects in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Development and continuous improvement of contract standards in coordination with stakeholders.
- Support in handling insurance claims.
- Coordination and implementation of contractual processes in large-scale national and international projects.
- Analysis of completed contracts and evaluation of opportunities and risks.
- Participation in optimizing contract processes and communication with contractual partners to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- A degree in business law, industrial or civil engineering law, maritime studies, or a comparable qualification, ideally with additional training in contract or project management.
- Several years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation in complex offshore or large-scale projects, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluent English skills (spoken and written) are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with contract and document management systems in large-scale projects.
- Willingness to travel and ability to operate in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
