Описание:You lead banks and capital providers as an equal and bring renewable energy project financings to Financial Close. Our client is a renewable energy company that develops, builds and operates projects. An experienced financing expert is being sought to further expand the portfolio. The search is confidential; we will discuss details about the company in the first conversation.Задачи:Structuring and closing: renewable energy project financings, from senior debt (non-recourse) through bridge, mezzanine and Holdco to refinancings at project and portfolio level.Process leadership: managing the entire financing process, from approaching banks, term sheets and credit committees through documentation and Financial Close.Financing models: building and further developing models, including debt sizing, DSCR/LLCR, cash waterfall and sensitivities.Negotiating loan agreements, security packages and interest rate hedges with banks.Bank relationships and financing management: maintaining contacts with commercial and development banks, covenant monitoring, reporting to lenders, waivers.Preparing decision papers for management and shareholders.Требования:Degree in finance, economics, business mathematics or engineering with a focus on finance.At least 7 years of experience in project finance or structured finance; having led several non-recourse financings through to Financial Close, ideally in renewable energy.Practical experience with senior debt, bridge, mezzanine and Holdco structures, including intercreditor matters.Very strong modeling skills (Excel) and confident handling of loan documentation, covenants and conditions precedent to disbursement.Understanding of revenue models for renewable energy (EEG, PPAs, merchant risk) and bankability.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage several transactions in parallel.Fluent German and English.Будет плюсом: Experience on both the sponsor and bank sides, knowledge of storage and grid connection, international markets, CFA or MBAУсловия:Independent leadership of financings from approaching banks through to Financial Close.Growing portfolio across multiple technologies.Scope to shape financing structures and bank relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
