Our client is looking for a Junior Project Administrator role with around 3 years experience
- Communication & Interface Management
- Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and special topics
- Conducting research as well as analysing and preparing information for decision-making
General Administration
- Supervision of the interfaces / coordinator to the internal teams:
- People Operations
- "Benefits" (pensioners, Allianz, Germany-specific benefits, such as fitness searches, job bikes)
- "Fleet" (company car, driver's license check)
- Management of access rights
- Preparation and follow-up of payment overtime, plus hours
- Coordination of overtime requests
- Coordination of subject‑specific prescribed training/further education measures
- Deputy Time Recording Officer
- Preparation of general certificates
- Collaboration in the onboarding/offboarding process
- Monthly HR & Finance Reporting
- Vacation Sick Leave Replacement
Education
- 3-5 years experience in Project Administration
Professional Qualifications
- Very good organizational skills
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of administrative processes
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
