- keymemberoftheprojectteamprovidingsiteschedulestatustotheSiteManager&siteteam,ProjectPlanningManager&PM,fromsiteestablishment,earthworks,civil,erectionofelectrical&mechanical,uptocommissioningandhandover.
- Developsandmaintainstheconstruction&commissioningschedulebyintegratinginputsfromallfunctions,unitsandthirdpartiescontributingtotheproject
- Ensureproperlinkagesinscheduletoshowallinterdependenciesbetweencontributingparties,logicsequence,executionstrategy,resourcesconstraintsetc.
- Checksandapprovesallcontractorstimeschedulesaccordingtotherequirements,design,constructability,needdates,..
- DevelopssomedetailedL4/L5schedule,andtrackingmechanismonsomekeycommodities(concrete,cablepulling,etc.)toensureanappropriatecoordinationoftheworkfromthevariousstakeholdersatsite.Theselevelofdetailsarefoundationaltothedailysitecoordinationmeeting,whichaddresstheprioritiesandtargetsoftheday.Andtheyarethebasisfortheprogresstrackingandthepacingoftheworksatsite.
- EnsureconsistencyofthissitelevelofdetailwiththeP6generaltimeschedule(whetherintegratedtoP6ornot).
- Ensureperiodicscheduleupdatesthroughtheentireconstruction&commissioningphaseobtaininginputsfromallprojectcontributors,andcheckingrandomlyatsitetheactualprogress.
- Driveandchallengeprogress,agreeforecastanddevelopmitigations/catchupplans.
- Ensurescheduleanalysisthroughvariousmeans(Scurve,commoditycurve,OTD,Say/Doratio,overplanning,resourceloading,productivity...)todetermineprojectscheduletrendsandrelatedrisks&opportunitiesthenworkwithprojectteammemberstodrivemitigationstrategies.ProvidesevidencetoPMtoadvocateforsupportasappropriate.
- Providesweeklysitelookaheadalignedwithcontractschedule,clearlycommunicatingpotentialandrealriskanddrivingtheprojectpriorities
- Identifiesengineering&procurementprerequisitesandhelpanticipateblockerswithwiderprojectteamandthirdparties
- Providescontractuallyrequiredcustomersitereportingandisabletocommunicatedirectlywithcustomersonschedulingmatters
- Generates"whatif"scenariostooptimizeexecutionandworkswithprojectteamstoevaluatefeasibility
- Alignswithcostcontrollingfunctiontoensureclearalignmentbetweencostandscheduletoensureaccurate
- MaintainsaregisterofpotentialscheduleandcostrisksincollaborationwiththeRiskManager.
- Supportchangeorderanalysiswithscheduleanalyticsandforecasts
- Loadresourcesintotheprojectscheduleasappropriate
- Supportdisputesandanalysisofclaims
- Isthekeycommunicationplayer,teamingwiththeSiteManager,toensureallpartiesknowwheretheprojectsiteactivitiesstands,whataretheprioritiesandwhatworkshallbeexecutedeveryday.

- Basedin(orwillingtomoveto)acityclosetothesitelocationinBrake(Unterweser),forexampleBremerhaven.
