Process Maintenance Technician (m/w/d)

For our client, a global leading life sciences company, we are currently seeking a Process Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of production equipment in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (formulation, filling, packaging, spray drying)
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues directly on the shop floor
• Collaborate closely with production and technical teams
• Supervise external contractors during maintenance activities
• Maintain and update maintenance procedures and documentation
• Ensure accurate reporting of activities in CMMS systems
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

Profile

• Technical background in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field
• Experience in maintenance within an industrial or regulated environment
• Hands‑on experience with production equipment and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of GMP and quality requirements
• Strong practical mindset with problem‑solving skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
• Comfortable working in a dynamic production environment
• Fluent in French, with basic technical English
