In this role you will act like a Supply Chain co‑pilot to the business, by connecting Sales, Producers, Logistics and Customers - for all ensuring supply related topics.

- How you’ll make an impact as a Demand & Supply Planner
- Leading the monthly business planning process by partnering closely with Business Managers and Finance to build a robust 18‑month demand plan.
- Developing collaborative forecasting initiatives with key customers using sell-out and stock-level data to improve forecast accuracy and visibility.
- Orchestrating end-to-end supply planning activities to ensure customer needs are met while balancing network complexity and supply constraints.
- Managing producer performance by challenging planning parameters, reviewing minimum order quantities and improving supply reliability and freshness.
- Anticipating and addressing supply risks, capacity constraints and potential material write-offs through close collaboration with producers and stakeholders.
- Maintaining and enhancing planning master data to support automation, efficiency and continuous improvement across planning processes.
- What will make you successful
- Bringing experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Vendor-Managed Inventory Planning within a complex supply chain environment.
- Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights and support business decisions.
- Using SAP APO, MS Excel and Power BI to manage planning activities, monitor performance and drive operational excellence.
- Collaborating effectively across functions and organizations while building strong relationships with customers, producers and internal stakeholders.
- Communicating fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Being curious, open‑minded and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve ways of working and operational efficiency.
