Continuous Improvement Engineer
Job Summary
As a Line Performance Leader (M/F/D), you are responsible for the safety, quality and performance results of your scope as well as the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvements.
A day in the life of a Line Performance Leader (M/F/D)
- Manage and coordinate problem-solving activities in the area to achieve set objectives, reporting results through operational reviews - Analyse area losses, propose and implement improvement projects - Coordinate the TPM implementation plan for the lines and participate in upskilling production and maintenance teams on problem-solving methods - Ensure operational standards (cleaning/5S/centrelining/instructions, etc.). Act as the interface with support departments in the context of new product development projects.
Your strengths for success
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience - Experience in a production field - Proven experience in project management, problem-solving/continuous improvement such as TPM.
