Position Summary
As a Learning & Development Partner , you will be responsible for understanding the business unit’s specific learning needs and adapt the yearly Swiss learning plan accordingly for implementation of best-in-class learning solutions. Your key contributions will include (co-)designing learning solutions, avoiding duplication by leveraging existing development solutions. You will deploy the learning plan end-to-end, including planning, communication coordination of the designed learning solutions, delivery (training, assessment, coaching), evaluation, and impact analysis. This deployment may involve collaboration with external suppliers or independent execution. You will report to the Learning & Development Manager in Switzerland and your mission will involve establishing a trusted partnership and fostering a unified ‚One Team‘ mindset with the Nestlé businesses in Switzerland.
A Day in the Life of a Learning & Development Partner
- Provide L&D guidance and advice on learning activities in partnership with HR Business Partners & People Managers, to build team or participant’s learning journeys based on business needs leveraging existing corporate, regional and local solutions.
- Define learning briefs that consider objectives, expected outcomes, target audience, delivery format (resource, training, event, coaching, mentoring, etc.) and measures of success, monitor impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Deliver team facilitation, individual/team coaching or mentoring programs, assessment solutions, dedicated training and (co-)design tailored development solutions on demand based on business needs.
- Support the business’ communication team to ensure visibility of the learning offer and leverage Nestlé Business Services’ support for the administration part.
What will make you successful
- Certified in one of those assessment solutions (MBTI, HBDI, Clifton Strengths, Hogan, etc.).
- ICF certified coach (ACC) is a plus, with experience in individual and team coaching.
- Certification in Training type FSEA is a plus.
- Experience in providing L&D guidance to various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and People Managers.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
- Experience in managing cultural projects/programs based on leadership and team development is a big plus.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with senior stakeholders at cross-functional and organizational levels, demonstrating strong influencing skills.
- Skills in learning delivery, project management and coordination, coupled with a talent for engaging and inspiring others.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Good level of German (B2 level spoken) will be an asset.
