Overview As a Global Medical Affairs Lead – Diabetes & Obesity at Nestlé Nutrition & Health Strategic Business Unit (SBU), your mission is to define and execute the global medical and scientific strategy for the Diabetes & Obesity portfolio across the full product lifecycle. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with R&D, commercial teams, local medical teams, and external scientific experts. This is your opportunity to take ownership, grow your expertise, and drive evidence-based innovation that improves patient and population health outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
Leading the global medical strategy by shaping evidence generation and guiding product development across the lifecycle
Driving cross-functional alignment by connecting R&D, commercial and medical teams to deliver impactful outcomes
Building strong external engagement by partnering with healthcare professionals, scientific experts and associations
Delivering high-quality medical education and scientific communication to healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
Translating scientific evidence into clear, relevant content to support markets and influence clinical practice
Monitoring scientific developments and competitive activities to inform strategy and strengthen positioning
Qualifications
Strong expertise in medical and scientific affairs within clinical nutrition or pharmaceutical environments
Ability to lead evidence generation strategies and translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams and external experts
Experience collaborating effectively in a global, matrix organization to drive alignment and impact
Fluency in English
