Overview
In this role you advance lipid science for food applications by working with cross-functional teams to translate research into consumer value. You lead studies on lipid crystallisation, structuring, and oxidation, and help translate findings into development projects and products. You will build scientific visibility through publications, conferences, and mentoring. This two-year position sits at Nestlé Research and offers a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

Zentrale Anforderungen
- PhD in Food Science/Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related area
- Strong knowledge of lipid science, including crystallisation, structuring, and oxidation
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Project management, organization, and communication abilities

- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
