Overview In this role you support Nestlé’s coffee factories with technical expertise to keep operations safe, high-quality, and efficient. You will collaborate with factory teams, market teams, product technology, engineering, and suppliers to drive innovation and strengthen manufacturing performance. This position offers opportunities to develop specialty roasting capabilities, contribute to capacity projects, and scale technology deployment across sites. You’ll help build factory capabilities through training and knowledge sharing while delivering measurable improvements.
