Position Summary
As a Project Management Intern in the Nestlé HQ Capital Investment team, you will assist in outsourcing key support functions to the business service department, provide administration and support for the global IT solution for Capital Investments during the transition period, and help consolidate training materials across various programs.

A Day in the Life of a Project Management Intern
- Consolidate support functions to outsource to business service department, assist in outsourcing
- Assist in administration activities including form and workflow management for the global IT solution for Capital Investments
- Defining reporting functions and connectivity to other solutions (MS Office and SAP solutions)
- Assist in consolidating training material and supporting users in markets including market administration
- Defining User requirements for next steps of tool development
- Implementation, testing, validation, deployment planning
What Will Make You Successful
- Student or fresh graduate in a master’s degree in engineering/IT
- Excellent knowledge of project management is a plus
- Good levels of personal organization and document management
- Ability to learn fast and courage to explore unknown areas
- Effective lean and structured communication skills
- Solid IT skills, ideally practiced in MS Office tools. Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
- Fluent in English
