Your job's key responsibilities are:
Designing and implementing
end-to-end Generative AI solutions ,
AI agents , and
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
to address business challenges and opportunities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical expertise, and delivering
scalable and robust AI solutions
Conducting
research and evaluation
of emerging
AI models ,
agentic frameworks , and
development kits
Working
independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC)
to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions
Conducting
direct client communication
to understand their needs and
tailor AI-driven solutions
accordingly
Job requirements YOUR SKILLS 3+ years of experience
in
Applied AI
or
Machine Learning
in the industry
Proficiency in building
Generative AI
and
Agentic applications at scale , with expertise in using
agentic frameworks ,
vector databases ,
grounding , and other relevant concepts
Direct experience or strong familiarity with
agent development
(e.g. LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agno)
Proven experience in
research and evaluation
of emerging
AI technologies ,
models , and
frameworks
Extensive knowledge of
Cloud AI offerings
on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), including
ready-to-use AI services ,
AutoML approaches , and
custom model development

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary.
