Overview
In this role you lead customer projects in the digital solutions space, steering scope, budget and timelines. You act as the bridge between the delivery team and the client, shaping a shared project vision and advising on opportunities. You participate as the Product Owner in Scrum, translate requirements into a well-groomed backlog, and ensure value delivery and sustainable results. You work with an international team to implement innovative, sustainable solutions and maintain financial oversight. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop a shared project vision with the customer and identify potentials
- Act as Product Owner in the Scrum process within the delivery team
- Gather and describe concrete requirements (user stories) and maintain the product backlog
- Create project plans using tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards
- Manage resources including staffing plans and budgeting
- Ensure customer value and implementation quality
- Ensure economic and technological sustainability
- Prepare reliable monthly financial reports and forecasts and oversee project controlling and budget execution
- Work in an international team to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Manager
- Excellent English (C1) and German (C2) communication
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with business aspects in project management
