Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success Full-time | Vienna Salary: from €58,000 gross/year, depending on qualification and experience.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of exciting technical customer projects from handover through to completion. As the central point of contact between Sales, Technology and our customers, you will ensure structured processes, transparent communication and high‑quality, contract‑compliant execution with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and sustainable process improvement.
Profile
Taking ownership of and managing customer projects, including creating and maintaining project plans with milestones and dependencies.
Planning and coordinating all internal implementation tasks across multiple technical departments.
Continuously monitoring project status and proactively communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Managing changes and handling escalations responsibly with a clear focus on solutions.
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, processes, quality standards and KPIs.
Project closure, including formal handover to operational units and coordination of billable services with Accounting.
Close collaboration with Sales, Technology and Customer Success as the central point of contact with direct customer impact.
Active participation in the continuous development of processes, interfaces and monitoring and reporting structures.
Qualifications Several years of project management experience in an IT or service delivery environment, including management of customer projects and external stakeholder relations.
Strong communication skills, confident stakeholder management and a professional approach to customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, a structured and independent working style and a high standard of quality.
Experience with PM tools (e.g., Jira or similar) and a basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure or hosting is an advantage.
Experience in change and escalation management.
PM certification (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2) is a benefit; high self‑motivation and willingness to learn.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
