Team Lead Customer Support (m/f/d) - Parental Leave Cover Location: Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt, Karlsruhe, Remote. Employment: Full‑time, fixed‑term (approximately 12 months). Salary: from €42,000 gross per year, depending on qualification and experience.
Responsibilities
Professional and disciplinary management of the netcup support team.
Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including vacation and deployment planning.
Shape and optimize netcup customer support processes.
Conduct regular feedback discussions and support employee development.
Monitor day‑to‑day operations, oversee KPIs, and take responsibility for achieving set goals.
Coordinate with relevant departments through regular exchanges.
Requirements
Completed training and several years of experience in customer service.
Leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
Independent working style and high self‑organization.
Strong customer and service orientation.
IT affinity, especially in web hosting and AI.
Strategic thinking and a service‑oriented approach.
Project experience is an advantage.
Excellent German and good English skills (speaking and writing).
