Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success as of now | Full-time | Vienna

Salary: from € 40.000 gross/year, depending on qualification and experience.

In your role as Junior Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) - Customer Success, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of small to medium-sized technical customer projects, from handover through to completion. As a key point of contact between Sales, Engineering, and our customers, you will ensure structured processes, transparent communication, and high-quality, contract-compliant delivery. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and will grow step by step into greater responsibility.

PROFILE

Contribute to the management of customer projects, including creating and continuously maintaining project plans with milestones and dependencies

Plan and coordinate internal implementation tasks across multiple technical departments

Continuously monitor project status and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders

Manage changes and handle escalations responsibly, with a clear focus on solutions

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, processes, quality standards, and KPIs

Close projects, including formal handover to operational teams and alignment with Accounting on billable services

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success as a central interface with direct impact on the customer

Actively contribute to the shaping and continuous improvement of processes, interfaces, and monitoring and reporting structures

WANTED

Completed technical or commercial vocational training, or a comparable qualification in an IT environment

First experience in project management, ideally in planning and delivering IT projects (including through internships, entry-level roles, or project work)

Basic knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, or network environments, as well as an understanding of technical contexts

Good communication and facilitation skills, and a confident, professional presence when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders

Strong organizational skills, a structured and self-driven way of working, and a high level of quality awareness

First experience with PM tools (e.g., Jira or similar) is an advantage

High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn

Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
