About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Softwareentwickler C# / .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Garbsen. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a comprehensive web application tailored for organizations involved in fundraising and non-profit activities. Your work will directly support the enhancement of core processes such as donor management, campaign tracking, and data integration, enabling our clients to operate more effectively. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a modern architecture utilizing ASP.NET Core and .NET 10, with responsibilities spanning frontend, backend, database management, and API development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize existing systems, and ensure seamless integration with external services.

Qualifications

While formal educational qualifications are valued, we prioritize skills and practical experience. Candidates with an Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker, a degree in computer science, or those who have gained substantial experience through alternative pathways are encouraged to apply. Essential technical skills include proficiency in C# and .NET, with hands-on experience in ASP.NET Core development. Familiarity with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, is required. Knowledge of MVC pattern, data-driven web applications, and frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript is necessary. Additionally, experience with version control systems like Git and good command of German and English are important. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and the modernization of legacy applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement modern features for both frontend and backend components using C# and .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core.
• Design, optimize, and maintain database structures and data-intensive processes leveraging Microsoft SQL Server.
• Create, integrate, and maintain web APIs and external system interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Enhance and integrate existing application modules to improve functionality and user experience.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, managing projects from conception to deployment.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and ongoing optimization of code to uphold quality standards and system performance.
