Aufgaben
- Manage logistics-related customer inquiries for France and Belgium
- Coordinate with suppliers and external logistics partners regarding delivery dates, address changes, and delivery issues
- Follow up on delivery deviations, non-conformity cases, and complaints
- Review logistics invoices, storage costs, and possible discrepancies
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational logistics topics
- Keep documentation up to date and ensure proper follow-up on all ongoing cases
- Support the continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows
Qualifikation
- Native-level French and very good English or German language skills (minimum B2 level)
- Initial experience in logistics, transportation, forwarding, customer service, back office, or operations
- A structured and percise way of working
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers and external partners
- Ability to manage and track several cases in parallel
- Hands‑on mentality and willingness to take ownership
- Experience in invoice checking, complaint handling, or delivery coordination is a plus
