NEURA Robotics is building the world's first global Physical AI training infrastructure. NeuraGym is at the heart of this mission - a network of Physical + Virtual GymCells enabling enterprises to train humanoid robots on real hardware, at scale.
As Performance Manager, you are the operational backbone of the NeuraGym Business Unit. You translate our aggressive expansion roadmap into measurable performance, own P&L visibility across all gym locations, and ensure that every site operates to a standardized, scalable playbook.
Your Mission
Build and own the NeuraGym performance management system - from financial model to KPI dashboards - ensuring NEURA leadership has real-time visibility into the health of every gym, every cell, and every subscription tier.
Key Responsibilities
Own P&L reporting across all active and ramping NeuraGym locations - from pilot gyms in Riederich and Munich through the full global gym footprint
Develop, maintain, and continuously refine the NeuraGym financial model covering cell-level unit economics, subscription revenues, utilization rates, and credit economics
Define, track, and report KPIs across revenue, cell utilization, customer retention, NPS, SLA compliance (repair response, hot spare availability), and teleoperator performance
Build and maintain OKR tracking infrastructure; cascade NeuraGym OKRs into location-level and team-level metrics
Establish and enforce standardized operational processes across all NeuraGym locations - booking flows, SLA escalation, credit reconciliation, and monthly reporting cadences
Partner with the Strategist and Growth team to model scenario analyses for new gym openings, pricing changes, and package mix optimization
Create executive-level monthly performance reviews for the NeuraGym leadership team and NEURA Robotics board reporting
Manage recurring business rhythms: weekly performance reviews, monthly close, quarterly OKR reviews
Leverage AI tooling to automate reporting, flag anomalies early, and continuously improve data quality
Your Profile
4–7 years in performance management, business controlling, or financial operations —, ideally in a scaling tech, SaaS, or deep-tech environment
Strong financial modeling skills; experience with multi-site P&L management and unit economics analysis
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Structured, process-driven mindset with a strong desire to build scalable systems from scratch
Fluent communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior leadership
Comfortable operating in ambiguity - this is a build role, not a maintenance role
Passion for robotics, Physical AI, and the future of humanoid automation is a genuine plus
