Your main tasks include:
- Partner & Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusting relationships while managing all operational and strategic communication with your business partners.
- Revenue Responsibility & Forecasting: Plan ambitious sales targets and achieve them together with your partners.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Analyze requirements, create and track compelling proposals, and manage framework agreements.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Engineering, Support, Logistics), ensure on-time delivery and implementation, monitor project progress, and elevate issues when necessary.
- Revenue & Potential Development: Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, plan and implement measures to drive revenue growth.
What we can look forward to
- Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, ideally in the robotics, automation, or AI industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent written and spoken German and English
- Technical understanding and passion for innovative technologies
- Experience navigating complex customer structures and decision-making processes
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits
