Your Mission and Challenges
Build & Scale: Hire, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Certification Coordinators and Experts.
Global Strategy: Own the end-to-end certification roadmap for EU (CE), North America (UL), and China (CCC) across all product lines.
Strategic Partnerships: Manage organizational-level relationships and contract negotiations with notified bodies and labs (TÜV, UL, SGS, etc.).
Process Architect: Establish the methodology for certification cases, ensuring compliance is baked into the product from the requirements phase.
Executive Advisor: Act as the primary authority for leadership on the regulatory landscape, including the EU AI Act and the New Machinery Regulation.
What We Can Look Forward To
Leadership: 5+ years in product certification/regulatory affairs, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of ISO 13849, ISO 10218, and the Machinery Directive/Regulation.
Market Access: Proven track record in multi-market environments (EU, US, China).
Tooling Vision: Experience scaling certification workflows using tools like Polarion, Jama, or DOORS.
Startup Mindset: You are a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to get hands-on to solve immediate roadblocks in a fast-paced environment.
