Your Mission & Challenges
Together, we will take the step into a new era of cognitive robots — and the digital interfaces that make them human.
- Leading Frontend & UX Development: Defining the technology and design roadmap for all digital interfaces across web, desktop, and mobile. Implementing new interaction architectures and design systems — from early concept through to production release.
- Neuraverse Platform & Design Development: Overseeing the end-to-end design and frontend development of the Neuraverse platform in close collaboration with product managers and business heads. Translating product strategy and business requirements into coherent, scalable digital experiences.
- Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team of frontend engineers and UX/UI designers for all digital product surfaces: component libraries, interaction patterns, motion design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform consistency. Close cooperation with product management, backend engineering, and hardware teams.
- Productionisation & scaling: Transitioning prototypes and design concepts into production-grade digital products. Design for performance, maintainability, and scalability. Cost-effective tooling decisions and compliance with quality standards across all surfaces.
- Standards & accessibility: Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g. WCAG 2.1/2.2, iOS/Android platform guidelines) and design system governance requirements for all digital products.
- Sovereignty in complex product environments: Making qualified technical and design decisions. Identifying pragmatic solutions, taking into account user needs, engineering constraints, timelines, and available resources.
- Vendor and partner management: Selection and management of external design, frontend, and tooling partners.
What we look forward to
- Completed studies in interaction design, computer science, media informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in frontend engineering, UX/product design, or digital product leadership — ideally within complex hardware-plus-software environments.
- Proven several years of experience shipping production-grade digital products, including hands‑on experience with component libraries, design systems, and cross-platform development.
- At least 8–10 years of experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing external partners across design and engineering disciplines.
- Experience working closely with product managers and business stakeholders to align digital experience strategy with platform and commercial goals.
- Familiar with relevant accessibility standards (WCAG), platform guidelines, and design system governance processes.
- Structured, solution‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset — equally comfortable in strategic planning and hands‑on product review.
