Your mission & challenges

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

• Trademark & Patent Law: Provide legal counsel on intellectual property rights, support the registration and enforcement of trademarks and patents, and defend against infringement claims.
• Contract Law: Review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts, including licensing agreements, development and cooperation agreements, and NDAs.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure legal compliance in all business activities, particularly in IP protection and technology partnerships.
• AI & Data Protection: Assess legal implications of AI technologies, including liability and data protection issues related to autonomous systems and machine learning.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product management, and executives to legally safeguard strategic business decisions.

What we can look forward to

• Fully qualified lawyer with authorization as an in-house counsel.
• Several years of experience in trademark, patent, and contract law (preferably in the technology sector).
• Knowledge of AI law and data protection is a plus.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Fluent in German and English (business proficiency).
