In this role, you are the central point of contact for the professional development of our employees and make a significant contribution to ensuring that everyone can reach their full potential while supporting the sustainable growth of NEURA Robotics. Your responsibilities include: Designing, organizing, and implementing employee development initiatives such as training sessions, development programs, feedback formats, and individual career paths Advising employees and managers on development opportunities, talent development, and long-term career planning Building and continuously improving structured development programs (e.g., talent programs, leadership development, skill frameworks) Supporting performance and feedback processes to foster an open and learning-oriented company culture Contributing to onboarding processes with a focus on the sustainable integration and development of new employees Developing and implementing HR standards and processes in the area of people development that meet the requirements of a dynamic organization Analyzing development needs and creating and evaluating relevant HR metrics to continuously optimize initiatives Collaborating closely with managers and other HR functions to strategically advance People
