Together, we are taking the next step into the era of cognitive and humanoid robotics.

As a Value Stream Manager, you will shape the future of our end-to-end supply chain and actively contribute to building the elements of the NEURA Production System.

You will work at the interface between Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Plant Engineering, with the goal of designing, stabilizing, and continuously optimizing efficient and future-ready value streams.

Your Goal

To continuously improve the value stream’s operational KPIs in terms of quality, cost, and delivery performance through the systematic application of Lean principles across all areas.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for defining, optimizing, and stabilizing value streams—from raw material logistics to the finished robotic system.

  • In alignment with all relevant stakeholders, you will derive and implement measures based on KPI targets to sustainably improve the value stream.

  • You will apply Lean methodologies and value stream analyses to systematically reduce waste in material, information, and data flows while continuously improving production system standards.

  • You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Logistics to establish effective end-to-end process solutions.

  • You will lead the Manufacturing Planners within your value stream and take responsibility for product and production line planning within the manufacturing area of the value stream. This includes in particular:

    • Analyzing production and work processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing sustainable improvement measures.

    • Implementing new methods as well as robot-assisted and automated manufacturing systems, including the required digitalization initiatives and IT processes (MES, data analytics).

    • Designing material, information, and data flows, conducting time studies, and defining operational standards.

    • Coordinating and managing engineering changes and product-related documentation (e.g., BOMs, FMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, etc.).

What Inspires Us

You are a constructive, hands-on professional who is eager to actively shape the future of modern robotic systems.

A strong quality mindset, technical expertise, and a solution-oriented approach define your way of working. In addition, you bring:

  • A completed Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

  • Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations or manufacturing planning.

  • Extensive experience in applying Lean methodologies, project management, value stream analysis, and value stream design—including information and data flows—to drive the continuous improvement and optimization of high-volume production of mechatronic products.

  • A strong foundation in manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering methodologies.

  • A hands-on mentality combined with a structured and analytical approach to work.

  • The ability to actively drive and implement change initiatives.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ambition to lead, along with assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.

  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
