NeuralQ helps people practice interviews, pitches, presentations, and important workplace conversations. In this role, you will shape the practice and coaching experience end to end, across Next.js, Java, and the AI pipeline.
What you will do
- Own meaningful outcomes within engineering & ai, from discovery through delivery.
- Work directly with a small, cross-functional team and communicate decisions clearly.
- Use customer evidence and measurable signals to improve the work after launch.
- Raise the quality bar while keeping systems and processes appropriately simple.
