To strengthen our teams in the entities CureVac Corporate Services GmbH in Tübingen, Wiesbaden or Amsterdam we are currently looking to recruit a:
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead complex cross-departmental IT projects to drive CureVac\’s digital transformation agenda
- Manage all aspects of project execution to ensure timely completion, adherence to the defined scope, and strict control over the budget
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
- Inspire and guide project team members to achieve their best
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks
- Implement project communication plans and conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address potential issues
- Ensure that the project\’s outcomes are aligned with business objectives and take proactive steps to ensure their successful realization, driving measurable results
- Manage third-party vendors to achieve project goals
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in IT project management, including large-scale projects with strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Ideally experience of working in a regulated environment (e.g., Pharma, banking, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, proactive and hands-on mentality
- Flexible mindset, the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues of all levels, accountability and adept in discovering innovative approaches to problem-solving
- Fluency in English, German skills are a plus
