We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Germany who will oversee the sales operations within your designated area. You will be in charge of managing a team of 4-5 high-performance Sales Territory Managers and will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients as well as monitor competitor activities. Overall, you ensure your region meets and exceeds sales goals, contributing to Terumo Neuro’s overall success.
We are looking for a positive, passionate & open-minded collaborator to join our Sales team in the DACH region which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
What are your main responsibilities?
- Contribute to plans and strategies for business growth and achieve sales objectives within designated geographic area
- Build and expand strong relationships with global key opinion leaders
- Travel to customer sites/labs to support and observe clinical cases and training programs, and visit physicians
- Provide leadership and represent MicroVention / Terumo Neuro at conferences, meetings, and tradeshows
- KOL Management
- Evaluate and make strategic recommendations for new areas of opportunity
- Attract, develop, and retain a team of Sales Territory Managers within the designated geographic area to ensure the quality and care of patients
- Partner with Strategic Sales and Sales Operations to provide measurable sales metrics, reports, and key market trends to evaluate performance
- Integrate with marketing, customer service, and other functional departments to establish successful support and partner programs
What will you bring in?
- Experience in managing people
- Strong ability to manage and steadily motivate team members
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Interventional Neuroradiology
- A minimum of five (5) years of medical device sales experience or equivalent
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and/or distributors
- Ability to make presentations to members of the business community
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
