Junior Product Manager (m,w,d) in Berlin

Your mission

As a Junior Product Manager at NeuroNation, you will join the product team and work on both of our products B2C and Medical Brain-Training, crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences for millions worldwide. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll blend creativity, research, and data-driven insights to design features that boost growth, engagement, and long-term user value.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

• Actively engage in improving the end-to-end user experience across NeuroNation products (B2C & MED) - from first touchpoint to long-term engagement and retention
• Help mapping and optimising user journeys across platforms (web & mobile), identifying drop-off points, friction, and opportunities to deliver value at every stage
• Collaborate with the team on defining the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and web applications (B2C & MED)
• Drive projects to identify key levers for new user growth, retention, and revenue
• Live with a Growth mindset - you constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team
• Actively perform Quality Assurance on your product and suggest improvements
• Work closely with the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care and CRM Departments
• Build deep expertise in the NeuroNation product ecosystem and users
• Be part of the MED Growth and Product Teams

Your profile

Who You Are And What You Have Done

• You have a personal interest in Brain training and digital health products.
• You have at least 1 year of product management experience for a digital Product (E-commerce, Games, or ideally Education / Health).
• You have studied either of Design, Business Administration, Computer Science, psychology or similar (if you haven’t studied computer science or similar you have some tech / programming hobbies)
• You have hands-on experience improving website UX ; you can diagnose a broken user journey, propose solutions, and work with designers and engineers to ship them
• You think in terms of patient or user journeys ; you naturally ask "what is the person trying to do, and what is getting in their way?"
• You have strong problem-solving skills
• You are well-organised and have good project management skills. You can multi-task and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• You speak English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You are located in Berlin or close by
• You are a team-player and love to help out your colleagues.
