Function: Functions Support – Commerce
Responsibilities:
- You will enhance the intimacy with your assigned prospects/clients and boost global turnover.
- You are the customer’s central point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination between GEODIS and your clients‘ affiliates by leading your customer team as the ambassador of GEODIS.
Main Activities:
- Enhance the activities generated by your clients/prospects, focusing on targeting new areas of business.
- Participate in the implementation of the Vertical Market Strategy.
- Internally lead the customer team.
- Manage and improve the profitability of the clients‘ portfolio.
- Identify development business opportunities.
- Coordinate responses to Global RFQs.
- Maintain the CRM updated continuously.
Minimum Requirements:
- Higher education (Bac + 5) such as High Business School business degree (Centrale, Mine, ESCP…).
- At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain.
- Known for being a true team player with analytical skills and a very positive attitude.
- Ability to actively listen and transform customer challenges into concrete solutions by creating value-added services.
- Good internal/external interpersonal skills.
- C-Level interaction with proven negotiation expertise.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and oral). Fluency in a 3rd language is a plus (German/Spanish).
- Very familiar with the Office package.
