Overview

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. As Junior Brand Manager VIE within our Vaccines team, you’ll support and contribute to the marketing activities of the Swiss marketing organization of our vaccines Business Unit of Sanofi.

Main responsibilities

• Work within the marketing / management team, in strong cooperation with the vaccines medical team to support launch and other vaccines growth related activities.
• Manage clearly defined projects on its own, provide regular update to the brand managers.
• Support the development of innovative strategies and activities for the promotion of the products in the market.
• Market intelligence: analyze the market, competition and sales, investigate scientific questions to build further knowledge on our products and differentiate those in their markets.
• Plan and lead projects with external providers, such as agencies, media and external consultants.
• Prepare and execute conferences, symposia, customer events etc.
• Closely cooperate with the marketing network of other Sanofi Business Units (BU) in Switzerland to foster synergies, as well as the global Sanofi vaccines brand teams.

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience or any practical field knowledge in pharma industry is preferred.

• Committing towards work, creative mind-set and motivational attitude.
• Interest in the science and willingness to learn and develop in marketing area.
• Knowledge, experience, and interest in marketing field would be an asset.
• At ease with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education

• Master’s degree ideally in Biology/Pharma D/Pharmaceuticals or Business background.

Languages

• Fluency in French and English language.
• At least basics in German – B1 level (ideally fluency) would be a significant plus.
