Our client seeks an entrepreneurial, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management and growth of a global print and media company with focus of the healthcare sector. As a member of the Executive Board, you\’ll work closely with management to ensure financial stability and drive structural change and transformation. Oversee all finance activities, collaborating with management. Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance across international finance functions. Provide leadership for Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, PMO, Facility- and Quality Management. 5–7+ years as CFO/Senior Finance Officer ~ Expertise in finance, tax, accounting, and liquidity planning with a global perspective. ~ Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills with a hands-on mindset. ~ Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills with a hands-on mindset.
