About the Company

Our client seeks an entrepreneurial, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management and growth of a global print and media company with focus of the healthcare sector.

About the Role

As a member of the Executive Board, you\’ll work closely with management to ensure financial stability and drive structural change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance activities, collaborating with management.
• Optimize financial processes, infrastructure, reporting, and policies for growth and efficiency.
• Develop forecasts, business plans, and financial models for deep operational insight.
• Lead strategic initiatives, evaluate ROI, and refine KPIs for effective decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance across international finance functions.
• Provide leadership for Accounting, Controlling, Purchasing, PMO, Facility- and Quality Management.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years as CFO/Senior Finance Officer
• Experience in the print and media environment is a strong advantage.
• Expertise in finance, tax, accounting, and liquidity planning with a global perspective.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills with a hands-on mindset.
• Experience leading teams and navigating complex, dynamic markets.
