You lead the products of our innovative in-house brands all the way to their global launch You\’re as exceptional as our brands themselves, combining creativity with a sharp analytical eye for product development. In product and project management, you\’re one step ahead – organized, structured, and skilled at juggling multiple workstreams at once
Your responsibilities in detail:

• Support product and project management from the initial idea and concept development to the final product launch
• Contribute your own ideas and actively shape our products
• Manage your own supplier relationships and serve as the main point of contact
• Take full ownership of your own projects
• Oversee first product developments – from design and packaging to final assembly
• Organize internal and external product tests to substantiate claims
• Create timelines and monitor new product developments as well as line extensions
• Manage the artwork process for new designs and packaging
• Support global sourcing for new suppliers
• Conduct research, market, product, and trend analyses
• Assist in preparing launch presentations and sell-in materials
• Coordinate the organization and distribution of product samples and creation of mock-ups

What you bring

• Initial experience in project management or product development, ideally within the FMCG industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently while keeping an eye on deadlines
• Passion for hair accessories, cosmetic products, and sustainable, innovative concepts – with a forward-thinking mindset
• A structured and organized way of working, paired with excellent written and verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Willingness to travel for business when needed
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
