Senior Account Executive – Nordic Region
Join our team as a Senior Account Executive, where you’ll focus exclusively on introducing New Relic to new customers in the Nordic region. You’ll build relationships with potential new clients, listen to their challenges, and show them how our solutions can help their business succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop Your Territory: Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts and become a trusted advisor.
- Create New Opportunities: Partner with marketing and demand generation teams on campaigns, and develop your own strategies to engage prospective customers.
- Manage Your Sales Cycle: Guide opportunities from initial conversation to close, maintaining accurate forecasts and activity updates in Salesforce.
- Stay Curious: Learn about prospective customers’ business goals and technology stacks to better identify opportunities.
- Grow Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the New Relic platform and confidently demonstrate our products.
Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B software or technology sales role with a proven track record of acquiring new customers and logos.
- Experience within the Nordic region is essential.
- Motivated, hunter‑first, and goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers solve problems.
- Familiarity with subscription‑based or SaaS sales models.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Collaborative spirit for working with internal partners such as Solution Consultants and marketing teams.
- Experience of the Nordic and Benelux markets would be an advantage but is not required.
- Fluency in English is essential; fluency in a Nordic language is advantageous.
