• Develop unique, on-brand content ideas for various platforms. Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content (e.g.social media posts, reels, short videos, UGC, newsletters in both DE & EN) that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
• Capture content in our studios by working behind the camera/phone and collaborating with external creators for photo and video shoots.
• Define and own content creation processes covering creative briefs, approval process, campaign/content calendars, reporting, etc.
• Write and edit content with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, grammar, style, and tone consistency. Adapt content based on platform and audience to maximise engagement.

Content Ideation & Creation

Social Media Management

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
• Track content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and provide regular updates. Use insights to refine and optimise content strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media features. Incorporate insights and trends into content strategy to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to effectively handle multiple projects, deadlines, and reporting tasks.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency in tone and style.
• Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive strategy and report on social media performance.
• Adapt to changing trends and audience interests with creative, on-brand content ideas.
• Experience with video editing tools and producing short-form video content.
• At least 2 years experience working as a SoMe manager
