Global Marketing Director (German speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
- Shape and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with ethical and sustainable values.
- Build and manage a cross-functional marketing team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise marketing effectiveness.
Ideal Profile:
- 8+ years’ marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in global campaign development, ideally in FMCG or beverage.
- Strong digital marketing and e-commerce expertise.
- Passion for sustainability and socially responsible business.
- Fluent in German and English.
