On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Body Shop After-Sales Advisor (M/F)
Your future responsibilities:
- You will welcome and support customers throughout the handling of their vehicle, ensuring a high-quality service. - You will analyse the damage, prepare estimates and propose the most suitable repair solutions. - You will coordinate communications with insurance companies, leasing companies and various partners to ensure efficient handling of cases. - You will schedule interventions in collaboration with the workshop and ensure agreed deadlines are met. - You will organise customers' mobility solutions and manage the administrative follow-up of repair orders through to invoicing. - You will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers to inform them of repair progress and answer their questions. - You will contribute to service quality by ensuring compliance with internal procedures and company standards. - You will return vehicles by presenting the work carried out, clearly explaining the invoice and guaranteeing an impeccable customer experience based on listening, professionalism and satisfaction.
Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the field of bodywork or painting and have proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland. - You pay particular attention to the quality of customer reception and follow-up, prioritising listening, advice and satisfaction. - You work independently while appreciating collaboration with different departments. - You remain calm in the face of unforeseen events and make decisions appropriate to the situations encountered. - You demonstrate flexibility, availability and a strong sense of responsibility. - You are proficient with common IT tools and use them confidently to ensure precise and rigorous administrative follow-up. - You are organised and methodical, effectively managing your priorities and meeting deadlines.
