Your future responsibilities:
- You will supervise, support and develop a team of CNC collaborators. - You will oversee the programming, adjustments and fine-tuning of production equipment. - You will participate in the industrialisation of new products as well as the validation of manufacturing processes. - You will manage the activity of your sector to achieve quality, deadline and performance objectives. - You will actively contribute to continuous improvement, process optimisation and the structuring of working methods. - You will work closely with the Production, Quality, Methods and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Your profile:
- You have a technical background in micromechanics, polymecanics, precision mechanics or an equivalent field. - You have proven experience in a CNC environment, ideally in the watchmaking or microtechnology sector. - You master machining processes and have solid knowledge of Crevoisier and Recomatic equipment. - You have participated in the industrialisation of new products and the optimisation of manufacturing processes. - You have successful experience in team management and leadership. - You are recognised for your leadership, autonomy and ability to unite around common goals. - You are field-oriented, performance-driven and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong spirit of initiative and collaboration.
