Your future responsibilities: You will be responsible for planning, organising, coordinating and controlling the sites, activities and objectives of the branch with your superior.
You will be in charge of studying, calculating and negotiating offer and tender files.
You will monitor technical developments and innovations in the fields of activity and make appropriate proposals.
You will ensure the training, leadership, motivation and supervision of employees and apprentices.
You will participate in the development of the branch according to the policy defined by management.
In close contact with your clients, architects and state masters, you will be the key contact to identify their needs and respond with modern and innovative solutions.
Your profile: You are a leader with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer, ideally complemented by a federal diploma as an electrical safety advisor or electrical project manager.
Autonomous and naturally endowed with leadership, you are motivated by efficiency and value creation.
Your skills in project management and people management allow you to be particularly comfortable in planning, communication, management and team development functions.
