On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Specialist (M/F).
Your future responsibilities:
- You will ensure the complete management of personnel files, guaranteeing the accuracy and updating of data. - You will take charge of payroll administration, as well as monitoring social insurance and declarations in case of illness or accident. - You will supervise the management of working hours and prepare the corresponding monthly reports. - You will provide operational support to the recruitment process, from drafting advertisements to coordinating interviews. - You will prepare contractual proposals and present the terms of engagement to selected candidates. - You will actively contribute to the integration of new employees, ensuring a structured welcome in accordance with internal standards. - You will ensure the proper execution of general administrative activities, including managing mail, equipment and facilities. - You will ensure the compliance and quality of work and representation spaces, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - You will plan and coordinate internal events, as well as activities related to discovery internships. - You will actively participate in recruitment processes (posting advertisements, sorting applications, organising interviews). - You will ensure smooth and effective communication between the Human Resources department and various services. - You will respond to employees' requests regarding HR policies and procedures, providing clear and precise information. - You will organise business trips (transport, accommodation, administrative formalities) and manage relationships with external providers.
Your profile:
- You hold an HR manager certificate (HR diploma is an advantage). - You have at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role. - You have a perfect command of French and good knowledge of German and/or English, both spoken and written. - You have excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, as well as HR systems (SAP). - You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and can manage several priorities simultaneously. - You have very good writing and interpersonal skills. - You adopt a service-oriented approach, both towards internal and external clients. - You are autonomous, while appreciating teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration. - You show discretion and strictly respect the confidentiality of the information handled. - You have proven experience in organising events and coordinating activities.
