Operations Manager

On behalf of one of our clients based in Valais, we are looking for a Manager:Your future responsibilities:- You will manage the site's activity on technical and human levels and will manage and support the teams (project managers, technicians, assemblers, etc.).- You will ensure the monitoring and proper execution of projects by ensuring quality, deadlines, safety and costs.- You will develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners and will actively participate in commercial development and monitoring.- You will ensure compliance with standards, internal procedures as well as current legal requirements.Your profile:- You have a technical degree in the construction field (civil engineering, building, building technology or equivalent).- You have confirmed experience in a site management, project management or department management function.- You possess solid knowledge of the Valais economic fabric as well as the specificities of the construction sector.- You demonstrate leadership, an excellent sense of organization and a team spirit.- You are comfortable with financial management and team management.- You demonstrate good communication skills and a strong orientation towards results.Conditions:- You will join a structure offering quality conditions, a team spirit and staff stability.
