Your future responsibilities:
- You will ensure the overall administration of the salaries of our temporary staff. - You will carry out the invoicing process to the user companies. - You will prepare the social insurance statements and declarations and will be in contact with the various related services. - You will be part of a team of several employees in charge of payroll management. - You will be a member of an active support centre composed of several involved specialists. - You will be the reference for the implementation of HR policies, practices and legal frameworks (collective agreements, labour law, salary and contractual policy contracts). - You will act as an operational HR partner for our various profit centres. - You will ensure the coherence and excellence of our HR activities in all our regions.
Your profile:
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee and a certificate as an HR assistant. - You have very good knowledge of Swiss HR legal and administrative frameworks. - Experience in the specifics of the personnel placement sector is an asset. - You are a person with a strong interest in communication and closeness with our profit centres. - You have a very good knowledge of common IT tools. - You are a native French speaker and can demonstrate a minimum A2 level in German. You are very interested in the German language and are committed to improving your level. Mastery of one or more foreign languages is an asset. - You have real interpersonal skills (availability, rigour, relationship skills, charisma, flexibility, ...). - You are a loyal, honest, discreet and trustworthy person who loves challenges. - You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
