On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Production and Maintenance Technician (M/F).
Your future responsibilities: You will ensure the proper functioning of automated production equipment to guarantee the continuity of operations.
You will operate production machines independently and ensure compliance with the production plan.
You will load raw materials and components necessary for manufacturing.
You will carry out preventive maintenance and first-level troubleshooting on production equipment.
You will monitor quality controls and rigorously complete production documentation.
You will participate in the supply of consumables and spare parts via the ERP system.
You will provide technical support to production teams and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects.
You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards and 5S standards, while reporting any identified anomalies or risks.
Your profile: You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an Automated Machine Operator or an equivalent qualification.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial production and maintenance on automated machines.
You are proficient with common IT tools (MS Office, ERP) and comfortable with human-machine interfaces (HMI).
You ideally hold the art. 15 according to the OIBT.
Knowledge of robotics is a real asset.
You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
Basic knowledge of English is required, Italian is a plus.
You enjoy teamwork, demonstrate rigour, autonomy and are oriented towards continuous improvement.
You are willing to work in shift patterns (2x8).
