Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most exciting industries in the world, taking on responsibility for: Application Operations & Monitoring: Ensuring stable operation, availability, and the continuous development of retail applications; Monitoring the system landscape, analyzing anomalies, and managing technical changes. Incident & Problem Management: Analyzing complex issues in the international POS landscape, coordinating their resolution, and developing sustainable solutions.

Release & Rollout Management: Planning, coordinating, and supporting software releases, international rollouts, and IT projects; providing support for technical concepts, migrations, and the implementation of new solutions through to a successful go-live Stakeholder Management: Managing external service providers and international software partners, ensuring agreed-upon service levels (SLAs), and working closely with national subsidiaries and internal departments.

Automation and Documentation: Developing PowerShell scripts and technical tools to automate recurring tasks, as well as documenting technical solutions, operational processes, and system changes. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Bachelor's degree or comparable professional training in computer science, business informatics, or a related field Experience in application management, IT operations, or technical application support Experience in release, change, or project management is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Basic knowledge of PowerShell and SQL is desirable A basic understanding of networks (DNS, firewall, routing) is a plus Experience working with external service providers A structured, analytical, and independent approach to work Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with international teams Good command of German (at least B2) and English Nobody's perfect!
