Responsibilities
- Report directly to the production manager.
- Assist in planning, organising and supervising daily production activities.
- Ensure accurate preparation and assembly of food and non‑food services according to client specifications.
- Verify service trays for compliance with airline and customer requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene and manufacturing standards (HACCP, FIFO, GMP, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following the established cleaning schedule.
- Estimate daily team needs (staffing, materials, and equipment) and communicate them to the immediate supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Ability to stand for long periods and to work in cold environments (below 10°C / 50°F).
- Strong communication skills — ability to read, write, and speak in English.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures (training provided if necessary).
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure.
