We are looking tohire a Talent acquisition Managerto join and strengthen our HR team in Frankfurt. This rolewill play a central part in our recruitment activities across Germany,supporting hiring needs for our sites in Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
Theideal candidate will be a key partner to our operations teams and help ensurewe build a strong and reliable talent pipeline nationwide.
Under thesupervision of the HR director and within a team of peoples including payroll manager, hrcoordinator, your main responsabilities are:
- Manage the fullinterview and selection process for middle management positions and operationalworkers.
- Support managersin candidate selection.
- Provide candidateswith all necessary information (working conditions, schedules, etc.).
- Conductpre-screening and pre-interviews.
- Coordinateinterviews with hiring managers.
- Finalize theoverall interview process.
- Coordinate withthe HR Coordinator to ensure proper onboarding on the employee's first day.
- Oversee all jobboards and the ATS.
- Build strongpartnerships with operations teams to ensure a clear understanding ofrecruitment needs.
- Ensure all openpositions are filled efficiently and within appropriate timelines.
- Ensure allrequired documentation and resources are prepared for interviews and the hiringprocess.
- Collaborate withthe HR team to develop and implement sourcing strategies aimed at attractingqualified candidates through multiple channels, particularly for high-volumehourly roles.
- Serve as the leadrecruiter for operational positions and ensure all hiring needs are met.
- Monitorrecruitment strategies and adjust them based on market trends and internaldata.
- Build and maintaina strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Perform any otherduties and responsibilities as assigned.
