Job Overview

The Pick and Pack Manager (m/w/d) role at Newrest oversees the Pick & Pack department, managing and supervising the work of all employees within the department, providing vision and clear expectation to all team members, handling succession planning for all employees as well as holding team members accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Pick & Pack department
• Provide vision and clear expectations to team members
• Handle succession planning and hold team members accountable
• Ensure operational efficiency and high-quality delivery
• Communicate stock item needs to warehouse and place supply orders as needed
• Ensure safety and quality protocols are followed
• Perform HR-related responsibilities such as interviewing, performance reviews, and timecard management

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor\’s in Operations, Management, Business Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or food industry managing 100+ hourly employees
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good understanding of operational flow and detail-oriented
